I hope that this message finds each of you in the best of health and peace of mind!
I am the event planner/organizer for two "End Of The School Year" Celebrations and I am seeking resource vendors to provide information in advocacy, education, health, finances, economic and career development, STEM, and any other resources which will assist with building strong family relationships, summer fun, and academic enrichment.
The first event will be held at Spring Garden Elementary School located at 1146 Melon Street from 10 AM-2 PM (Event set-up will begin at 9 AM and Event Breakdown will begin at 1:30 PM )
The second event will be held at The School District of Philadelphia located at 440 N. Broad Street from 4:30 PM-7:30 PM (Event set-up will begin at 3 PM and Event Breakdown will begin at 7:00 PM)
I have attached the flyers for the events and the expected family attendance for Spring Garden is 75 -100 and the expected number for The School District is 200-400 families.
You have the option of choosing the following:
1. Spring Garden Only
2. The School District Only
3. Both Events
Please respond by 3 PM Friday May 5, 2017 your availability and participation in the "End Of The Year" Celebrations and feel free to contact me 215-400-6011 or sarmstrong@philasd.org should you have any questions or need more information.
I want to THANK each of you for assisting me with empowering the families of The Philadelphia School District and have a great week!
Sincerely,
